Clinical Care Manager Role

Care Managers in aged care residences play a pivotal role in overseeing the clinical services and ensuring exceptional patient care. As a Clinical Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing clinical staff, implementing best practices, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

About the Job:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Manager or Clinical Team Leader to take on a more senior role within our team. You will have the chance to work closely with an experienced Facility Manager and a skilled clinical care team to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor clinical staff to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Implement best practices and policies to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the facility manager and clinical care team to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (DIV 1).
  • Valid National Police Check.
  • Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards.
