Having operated for almost 10 years, our Business Support practice is thriving, and due to strong client demand, we're expanding the team.
This newly created role will primarily focus on placing Senior Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, Team Assistants, and Front of House professionals — mostly within high-growth asset management and investment environments.
Our sophisticated clients also seek Business Managers and Chiefs of Staff, so success in this market demands strong commercial acumen, discretion, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior candidates.
Joining a collegiate, high-performing team, you will:
• Drive end-to-end search mandates, often exclusive or retained, with real influence on outcomes
• Cultivate trusted, long-term partnerships with exceptional clients and top-tier talent
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with senior leaders on critical, high-impact hires
• Deliver market intelligence and strategic insight that shapes organisational growth Who you are: You will be a proven recruitment / executive search professional —either within business support or another area where quality and relationships matter.
You're commercially astute, a strong communicator, and proactive in your approach.
You work well independently, but value thoughtful collaboration.
Prior experience with financial services clients is welcomed but not essential.
