About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Officer to provide support to our Project Engagement Team for the delivery of Capital Works projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing engagement and administrative support to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide engagement and administrative support to the Project Engagement Team
  • Manage web content and digital notifications to ensure collaborative engagement and customer-centric service delivery
  • Liaise with contractors, project teams, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery
  • Utilize Salesforce and Share Point to capture and manage engagement activities and details
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
Requirements
  • Knowledge of the International Association for Public Participation's (IAP2) model of community engagement
  • Sound knowledge and skill in the utilization of Salesforce and Share Point
  • Experience in using Adobe In Design and Experience Manager
  • Strong computer literacy, using Office based products (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels
