
Aboriginal Family Violence Community Leader

Lead a culturally grounded and trauma-informed program team.
This role offers the opportunity to support community healing while making a real impact on the ground. Your leadership will ensure programs are delivered with cultural safety, integrity, and strong community connection.
As a Therapeutic Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of group facilitators and case managers working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals and families impacted by Family Violence.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience working in Family Violence (essential)
- A solid understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice
- No prior leadership experience required - training and ongoing support provided
- A Diploma or above in a relevant field (training support available)
- Passion for walking alongside mob on their healing journey
- The opportunity to lead programs for community, by community
- Ongoing training & leadership development opportunities
- Flexibility to work full-time or part-time
- Relocation support for candidates moving from another location
