Lead a culturally grounded and trauma-informed program team.

This role offers the opportunity to support community healing while making a real impact on the ground. Your leadership will ensure programs are delivered with cultural safety, integrity, and strong community connection.

As a Therapeutic Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of group facilitators and case managers working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals and families impacted by Family Violence.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience working in Family Violence (essential)
  • A solid understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice
  • No prior leadership experience required - training and ongoing support provided
  • A Diploma or above in a relevant field (training support available)
  • Passion for walking alongside mob on their healing journey

Therapeutic Team Leader - Family Violence Program

Lead a team of professionals working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals and families impacted by Family Violence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement culturally grounded and trauma-informed programs
  • Supervise and support team members to deliver high-quality services
  • Collaborate with other organizations and stakeholders to achieve program goals

  • Proven experience working in Family Violence (essential)
