We seek a dedicated individual to join our Accommodation Services team in the Eastern Suburbs area.
Our mission is to provide clients with high-quality support, enabling them to live meaningful lives.
As a Support Worker, you will empower people with physical and intellectual disabilities to achieve their goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing person-centred care in challenging environments
- Assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence
- Working collaboratively with management and clinical teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements include:
- Cert IV or equivalent industry experience
- At least 6 months experience within the disability sector
- NDIS Worker Clearance and Working With Children Check (WWC)
- Personal care experience and excellent communication skills
- Good availability to work during days, nights, and weekends
Our team environment is supportive, and we offer penalty rates for weekend and holiday shifts.
