Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering domestic supports within homes and communities;
  • Assisting customers with community-based activities;
  • Collaborating on person-centred plans to identify life goals;
  • Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed; and
  • Completing administration tasks, expense reports, and mandatory documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills for building effective working relationships;
  • A passion for providing service and assistance to help others live their best lives;
  • Previous experience or willingness to train in manual handling and medication administration;
  • Ability to assist with personal care and domestic duties;
  • Patience and maturity to manage situations as they arise; and
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to use a private vehicle (aligned with our motor vehicle allowance rebate).
