Job Title: Culinary Support Assistant

This role plays a vital part in supporting the well-being of elderly residents by providing them with nutritious and delicious meals.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing food products to high standards, and maintaining cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver consistently high-quality customer service to meet the needs of our residents.
  • To prepare food and beverage products according to standard operating procedures.
  • To complete cleaning tasks as prescribed by standard operating procedures.
  • To advise the Chef on duty of any catering-related issues and needs.
  • To attend team meetings as required.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 20kg.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical check.
  • Ability to pass a National Police Check.
  • Previous experience working in customer service, hospitality or within a commercial kitchen is highly desirable.
