Site Works Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Site Works Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about site operations and has a strong background in mechanical repairs and coating.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Active and safe supervision of all activities for site personnel
  • Lead regular toolbox talks, work and perform daily site activities and monitoring of all works undertaken
  • Safety focus, ensuring site personnel operate to safe systems of work
  • Assist with scheduling of employees at all stages of the works
  • Delegate and direct site activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Active problem solving and creative solutions orientation is essential
  • Delivery work safely, on time and within budget, with an expected high quality and high level of service to our clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years supervision experience
  • Proven track record in a similar role
  • Solid trade background
  • Experience with fabrication works and also mining activities
  • Knowledge and experience in industry standards Schedule 26 training
  • MEM05024 Perform Welding Supervision or equivalent will be highly regarded
