Job Summary">

We are seeking a skilled Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Support Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service quality, customer satisfaction, and professional behavior.

  • Resolve operational issues in a timely manner and provide leadership during peak periods.">
  • Lead and manage the Environmental Services team, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements.">
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve service standards across support services.">
  • Coordinate performance appraisals and development programs for caregivers and trainees.">
  • Address disciplinary matters and grievances, maintaining positive relationships with team members and departments.">
  • Ensure processes are in place to meet statutory requirements and maintain high cleaning and food standards.">
  • Prepare rosters and manage resources within budget.">

  • A proven track record in housekeeping management or supervisory roles, demonstrating expertise in monitoring and corrective actions.">
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with advanced time management and organizational abilities.">
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.">
  • A relevant Tertiary Qualification in Hospitality, Business Management/Administration, or Cert IV Training & Assessment (highly regarded).">
