We are seeking an experienced Facilities Services Coordinator to join our team at GLM, a large-scale social and affordable housing project across Melbourne. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality service and outcomes.

The Role

The successful candidate will have responsibility for overseeing the GLM service contract and properties under management, including:

  • Maintaining asset management strategies and ensuring alignment with relevant standards
  • Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Overseeing maintenance and project work, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness
  • Managing budgets and providing regular expenditure reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years' experience in asset management strategy, maintenance, and refurbishment services
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Demonstrated computer literacy in Windows and asset management systems
  • Understanding of building regulations and residential tenancies laws
