Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Claims Analyst to join our commercial team. This role will involve working on major regional infrastructure projects, delivering construction projects and contributing to the success of our business.

The ideal candidate will have experience in reviewing contractual claims, examining contract documents, identifying potential risks and areas of ambiguity that could lead to disputes. They will also be responsible for evaluating the validity of claims, analysing the factual basis and legal implications of each claim, and determining the likelihood of success.

We are looking for someone who is able to work closely with the Contracts Manager and Contracts Administrator to review contractual claims. The successful candidate will also be responsible for thoroughly examining contract documents, identifying potential risks and areas of ambiguity that could lead to disputes.
