Business Support Role

The Business Support Officer will play a pivotal role in the delivery of projects and services within our organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing operational and administrative support to project teams
  • Managing financial tasks, data entry, ordering supplies and resources, and distribution of resources
  • Secretariat support for committee meetings and working groups, including development of papers
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of projects
  • Performing tasks with professionalism, sensitivity, and confidentiality
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Initiative to add value to projects
  • Focus on identifying problems and developing solutions
  • Project-based approach with experience working in multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Ability to work in an agile way and respond to shifting demands
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office programs, especially MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
