We are seeking a seasoned collections strategy leader to join our team.

As a Collections Strategy Executive, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing credit risk strategies across the customer lifecycle.

The role requires a deep understanding of risk frameworks and portfolio management, as well as experience managing large analytics-heavy teams and leading transformation initiatives.

You will work closely with stakeholders, clients, and governance forums to provide guidance, challenge, and thought leadership on credit risk and collections strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of innovation and operational efficiency, with a focus on reimagining customer engagement and operational processes.

A strong stakeholder engagement and communication skillset is essential for this role, as well as the ability to challenge legacy processes and design future-fit solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute credit risk policies and standards in consultation with business leadership.

  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of 20+ professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Provide strategic insights and practical recommendations to senior management on credit risk and collections performance.
