We are a fun, fast-growing food business bringing fresh, fruity, feel-good Aíi bowls to sports clubs, markets, schools, and community events across Sydney.

Our purple vans are a hit with kids, families, and athletes - and we're all about delivering healthy energy with a smile.

We have two positions available:

  • Casual Van Crew Members: Ideal for high school students (14-17) looking for weekend and after-school work.
  • Driver (optional): Applicants with a Green P licence or above may be asked to assist with van transport, setup, and pack-down.

Availability:

  • Most shifts are on weekends (daytime and evening events).
  • Additional weekday events and evening shifts may be available.
  • Rosters are split into blocks so shifts can fit around school and other commitments.

Job Requirements:

Servicing Our Customers
  • Serve Aíi bowls with speed and a smile.
  • Take customer orders on POS (training provided).
  • Cash handling and documentation.
  • Assist with van setup and pack-down before and after shifts.
  • Keep the work area clean and food safe.
  • Be part of a small, friendly team that makes each shift fun.
  • Occasionally assist with social media content.
Leading The Event Team
  • Lead and support the event team during shifts.
  • Manage setup and pack-down efficiently.
  • Ensure customer service and food safety standards are met.
  • Liaise with event organisers if needed.
  • Report to business owners after shifts.

Requirements:

  • Energetic, reliable, and happy to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly and confident with customers.
  • Must live in or near Sydney and have reliable transport.
  • Food handling experience is a bonus (training provided).
  • Drivers: valid Green P or full licence preferred.
