Job Description

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team in Randwick. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and address needs of customers
  • Surprise and delight the customers with consistent, delicious food
  • Ensure fresh and appealing displays by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked
  • Maintain accurate department signage and pricing
  • Stock and clean shelves, frozen and dairy case
  • Maintain back stock in good order
  • Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised working and shopping environment
  • Assist with food crew sampling programs, keeping sample areas full, clean, and appealing
  • Follow and comply with all applicable health and safety procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in flowers
  • Customer focused
  • Enjoy working in a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be passionate about good food
  • Flexible in availability, it's a busy store across 7 days
