Job Description

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Fresh Food Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our store staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming environment for all our customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers have an outstanding shopping experience, by providing personalized assistance, answering questions, and making recommendations on our fresh produce, dairy products, and other items.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal of our store, including ensuring that our displays are attractive and well-stocked, and that our shelves are tidy and organized.

In addition, you will be expected to participate in sampling programs, which will give you the opportunity to engage with customers, provide them with information about our products, and showcase our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for long periods
  • Previous experience in retail or customer-facing role is desirable but not essential
