Fresh Food Experts Wanted

We are on a mission to bring the joy of fresh food to our customers and we need your help. Our team is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming environment for everyone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer experience with a smile, ensuring every customer feels valued and cared for.
  • Serve up fresh, delicious food that makes our customers' day, and creates a lasting impression.
  • Maintain visually appealing displays and ensure the store is fully stocked with the best produce, dairy, and everything in between.
  • Keep our pricing and signage accurate, ensuring everything's in tip-top shape.
  • Stock shelves and backstock fresh, tidy, and stocked so everything's ready to go.
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment so everyone can shop and work worry-free.
  • Take part in sampling programs, making sure customers can taste the quality of our goods.
Requirements
  • You're outgoing, bubbly, and love engaging with people, with excellent communication skills.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment where working together is key to success, with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • You're available across seven busy days – we're looking for people who can roll with the flow, with flexibility and adaptability.
  • You're excited to help reconnect people with the joys of fresh, wholesome food, with a passion for healthy eating and sustainability.
