Key Role in Employee Lifecycle Management

As a Senior People and Capability Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role across the entire employee lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, performance evaluation, succession planning, remuneration, and beyond.

You will leverage your leadership expertise to act as a trusted strategic partner, guiding leaders and their teams to excel through coaching and mentoring.

Key selection criteria include 10+ years of experience in a similar role, tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field, and extensive experience supporting Executive Managers in change management and business transformation.
