Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Agribusiness Relationship Manager in our Hamilton and Southwest region. In this challenging position, you will be responsible for fostering trusted relationships with customers, delivering bespoke banking solutions, and driving profitable growth within your local area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a profound understanding of customers' goals and deliver mutually beneficial solutions while meeting our sales targets.
  • Identify new business prospects and opportunities to attract new agribusiness customers to our portfolio.
  • Collaborate with network stakeholders to develop and implement engagement plans that achieve successful outcomes for customers, communities, and our organization.
  • Meet team sales targets, convert referrals, and drive results in your local area.
  • Mentor and grow the skills of fellow Agribusiness, Business Banking, and Retail colleagues across the region.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in agribusiness, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to undertake travel and possession of a current driver's licence.
  • Demonstrated expertise in agribusiness lending and credit risk principles.
  • Financial analysis skills, including the ability to analyse and interpret financial statements.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of agriculture market conditions, agribusiness products, cash flows, and markets.
