Agribusiness Relationship Manager

We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the Hamilton region as an Agribusiness Relationship Manager. In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of farmers and rural businesses by providing personalized banking solutions and advice.

You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with your customers, understanding their goals and delivering win-win solutions while maintaining awareness of Bendigo Bank's growth targets. You'll also work proactively within your community to identify new business prospects and opportunities to attract new agribusiness customers to our thriving portfolio.

  • You'll partner with network stakeholders to identify, develop and implement localized engagement plans to achieve successful outcomes for our customers, communities and Bendigo Bank.
  • You'll drive profitable growth for your local area by meeting sales targets, converting referrals and achieving results you can feel proud of.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a tertiary qualification in agribusiness, finance or a related discipline, as well as the ability to undertake travel and possession of a current 'C' class driver license. It would be desirable if you had demonstrated expertise in agribusiness lending and credit risk principles, financial analysis skills and up-to-date knowledge of agriculture market conditions, agribusiness products, cash flows and markets.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in agribusiness, finance or a related discipline
  • Current 'C' class driver license
