Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled relationship manager to join our team in the Hamilton region.

This role will involve developing trusted working relationships with customers, providing personalized banking solutions, and driving profitable growth for your local area.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  1. Developing a deep understanding of customer goals and delivering win-win solutions while maintaining awareness of growth targets.
  2. Identifying new business prospects and opportunities to attract new agribusiness customers to our thriving portfolio.
  3. Partnering with stakeholders to develop and implement localized engagement plans to achieve successful outcomes for customers, communities, and the organization.
  4. Driving profitable growth by meeting sales targets, converting referrals, and achieving results you can feel proud of.

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

  • A tertiary qualification in agribusiness, finance, or a related discipline.
  • The ability to undertake travel and possession of a current 'C' class driver license.

Desirable skills include demonstrated expertise in agribusiness lending and credit risk principles, financial analysis skills, and up-to-date knowledge of agriculture market conditions.
