We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced English Learning Area Leader to join our team. As a key leader in the Senior School, you will be responsible for shaping curriculum, coaching pedagogical practice, and championing student growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Student Growth: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement, motivation, and academic success.
  • Leadership: Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures that promote a culture of excellence, equity, and innovation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in English or Education
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching and leading English programs
  • Demonstrated expertise in curriculum design, pedagogical practice, and student assessment
