About This Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as a Service Delivery Specialist.

The role involves delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for completing customer work to the highest quality standards, accounting for Service Level Agreements, and advising customers on efficient quality and cost-effective solutions.

In addition, you will manage day-to-day operations as the representative at customer sites, monitoring and prioritizing customer requests based on complexity and urgency. You will communicate changes to priority, schedule, and requirements to stakeholders, effectively managing workflow to maximize productivity and minimize wastage.

Requirements include previous printroom or mailroom experience, customer service expertise, experience in a print centre environment, and ability to manage digital print operations with minimal supervision. Additionally, you must possess literacy and numeracy skills, secondary education Year 12 or equivalent, and Certificate III in Printing and Graphic Arts or willingness to obtain this qualification. Intermediate Microsoft Office software skills are also required.
