About This Role

This position involves managing a portfolio of client projects from kick-off to completion, utilizing appropriate project management methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in HR and WFM technology and be able to steer projects towards success.

  • Manage multiple UKG client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Guide clients and stakeholders to maximize the value of technology and people using solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their teams.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating leadership ability and effectively managing conflicts through inclusive problem-solving and negotiation.
  • Monitor scope, issues, and risks, making unbiased decisions when necessary.

Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will possess 4-5 years of experience in UKG Pro WFM project or other WFM technology project management. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong customer focus, driven by quality and exceeding expectations.
  • Commercial mindset and ability to learn quickly when facing new technical challenges.
  • Systems and relational thinking, decisiveness, and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting virtually for client audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with Project Management tools and strong process capabilities.
  • Team leadership abilities, including coaching and motivating a team, and a willingness to seek feedback and continuously improve.
