About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to take on the role of Clinical Specialist Advisor. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and driving continuous improvement within our organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • To lead quality assurance initiatives, including audits, data analysis, and planning for ongoing improvement.
  • To ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and accreditation processes.
  • To provide expert clinical guidance and assessments, using evidence-based practice to inform decision-making.
  • To deliver training programs on clinical competencies, quality systems, and regulatory requirements to enhance staff capabilities.
  • To collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to optimize care outcomes and service delivery.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, with a strong background in quality assurance and risk management.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field (Master's preferred), with certification in Quality Assurance/Improvement desirable.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record systems and quality management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
