About Us:

We are a NDIS service provider that believes disability is not a barrier to a fulfilling life. Since 1999, we've been proudly providing values-driven disability support across North Brisbane. From Supported Independent Living (SIL) and in-home care to community access, we support people of all ages and abilities to live the life they choose.

The Opportunity:

We're looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Advisor on a permanent part-time basis (5 days per fortnight). Based at our Strathpine Head Office, you'll also connect with our SIL houses and in-home services predominately across the northside of Brisbane. • Assist in the development of clinical documentation for our participants.
  • Provide assistance, as directed, with clinical training delivery through the Learning Management System.
  • Carry out administration of clinical training records and completions, as directed.
  • Work closely with the Clinical Educator to train and assess frontline staff.
  • Participate in client intake activities, including assessing high intensity daily needs.
  • Provide advise within the scope of the role regarding any enquiries from Service Delivery or Intake.

About You:

You're a Registered Nurse who's ready to develop your expertise. You bring strong clinical skills, a values-driven mindset, and a passion for supporting people with complex disabilities.

  • Tertiary qualification in Nursing with AHPRA registration.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
  • Previous experience or related studies to the disability industry.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Sound computer skills with the ability to work within different systems such as Microsoft, Client Management Systems and Learning Management Systems.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • A genuine commitment to empowering people with disability.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain).
  • Full working rights in Australia.
