Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to support continuous improvement across multiple locations in Australia.

The Clinical Specialist Advisor will drive the highest standards of clinical practice and quality assurance, with a strong focus on enhancing resident care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead quality assurance initiatives, including audits, data analysis, and continuous improvement planning
  • Ensure compliance with aged care legislation and accreditation processes
  • Provide expert clinical guidance and assessments using evidence-based practice
  • Deliver staff training on clinical competencies and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance care outcomes
  • Support accreditation preparation and drive best-practice service delivery
Requirements:
  • Be a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's in Nursing or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Certification in Quality Assurance/Improvement highly desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of aged care legislation and accreditation processes
  • Proficient in EHR systems and quality management tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
