Medical Specialist Advisor

We are seeking a Medical Specialist Advisor to work closely with our medical law team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical knowledge, and communication skills.
This role offers the opportunity to build trusting relationships with clients who have experienced varying degrees of trauma. The successful applicant will be able to proactively manage post-interview activities, including drafting medical chronologies and supporting legal documentation.
The key responsibilities include:
- Conducting initial client interviews over the phone to establish a rapport.
- Partnering with the medical law team to deliver exceptional client care.
- Nurturing robust relationships with clients and assisting them in gaining access to local support.
The successful candidate will have progression towards or completed qualifications in biomedical science and/or laws. They will also possess a working knowledge of medical guidelines, practices, and protocols.
