Corporate Governance Specialist

The Corporate Governance Specialist will support the Company Secretary function within a leading technology company. This role involves working on securities and exchange commission filings, drafting board and committee agendas, coordinating board meeting management platforms, and assisting with financial results and annual reports.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Work on ASX filings and lodging announcements.
  • Draft board and committee agendas, papers, minutes, and action registers.
  • Coordinate the collation and distribution of board packs via board meeting management platform.
  • Assist in preparing and implementing financial results, annual report, and AGM.
  • Perform ad hoc corporate governance project work.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and recommend compliance improvements.
  • Requirements:
  • Experience in corporate governance agency or listed companies with knowledge of ASX Listing Rules, Corporate Governance Principles & Recommendations, and Corporations Act.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working in a listed environment.
  • Self-driven, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to check and reconcile own work.
  • Sound knowledge of corporate structure through multinational company experience.
