Key Position

A Customs Leadership Role with extensive tariff knowledge is required to drive our customs team forward. This position involves providing professional advice, mentoring and leading a team of classifiers and compliers.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Ensure strict compliance with Government Acts, regulations and policies.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Mentor classifiers and compliers to achieve accurate and timely processing of custom entries, classifications and border holds.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders as required.
  • Promote consultancy services to increase revenue.
Essential Qualifications
  • Broad tariff knowledge and leadership skills.
  • Ability to mentor and lead a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
