Additional information:

- This role is Temporary Full-time 76hrs/fortnight for 6 months
- Applications close Friday 22 August 2025
- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work alternating weekend shifts (both Saturday and Sunday).

**About this work area**As Customer Team Leader your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Supporting the operation by working on the floor in your department to cover gaps and secure an excellent customer experience.
- Listening to our customers, supporting them with an attitude based on IKEA's values and always aiming to be an ambassador for the store.
- Empower co-workers through knowledge, confidence, trust, and motivation so they are always ready to support visitors in the best way possible.
- Support your manager in managing the recruitment, retention, performance management, succession planning and competence development of the team.
- Follow up on the department Customer action plan and taking a proactive approach to ensure we are continually focused on achieving the goals.
