Clinic Support Lead Role

This role is suitable for individuals with experience in practice management, clinic operations, or administrative coordination. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, focused on tasks, and motivated to achieve measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and assistance to Clinic Team Leaders by reviewing data and identifying areas for improvement
  • E nsure compliance obligations are managed: client records are complete and up-to-date; work closely with the engagement team
  • Cover absences of Clinic Team Leaders to support the clinic team

The successful candidate will be someone who:

  • Maintains a high level of attention to detail and follows through on tasks
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with both clinicians and clients
  • Works effectively under pressure, balancing competing priorities
  • Values structure and consistency, but can adapt to evolving needs
  • Has a strong sense of accountability and understands the importance of data integrity, process compliance, and operational performance
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in scheduling or rostering
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Sound computer knowledge and experience in using various systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with all stakeholders
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills to create logical and practical solutions

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in scheduling or rostering, excellent time management and organizational skills, sound computer knowledge, and excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
