About This Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead our clinic in Guildford, NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including managing staff, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate clinic operations, including staff supervision and administration
  • Assist with human resource functions, including recruitment, inductions, and performance management
  • Promote a high standard of customer service delivery
  • Conduct preliminary medical assessments and administer health questionnaires
  • Process medical bookings and manage results

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require relevant experience in supervising staff, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer service. Experience in Clarity/Best Practice software is highly regarded.
