As a Senior Business Development Manager in our Global Trade and Receivables Finance team, you will play a critical role in building relationships with domestic and offshore stakeholders. Using your expertise in structured trade products and receivables finance, you will drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to win new clients and maximize revenue growth.
- Structuring innovative solutions that balance risk and return.
- Collaborating with Relationship Managers and business stakeholders to drive business growth and overcome obstacles.
- Establishing cultural and behavioral excellence and developing high engagement across the team.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Significant sales experience in institutional or large corporate commercial banking with a proven track record of delivery.
- Extensive knowledge of global trade and receivables finance, services, products, and techniques.
- Clear understanding of balance sheet management, working capital cycle, credit, and risk.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with business customers at an executive strategic level.
