We're seeking a seasoned professional to drive our AI vision forward. As a Product Owner, you'll be responsible for developing a roadmap and delivering agile solutions that transform our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for AI systems and solutions, leveraging data analysis and user research to define product requirements and features.
  • Build, groom, and prioritize the product backlog, creating user stories and acceptance criteria to fuel each sprint.
  • Collaborate with technical leadership to define necessary competencies and skills required in the delivery team.
  • Drive user adoption and engagement through demos and showcases to target users and the broader organization.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in AI & analytics product development or mine operations technical disciplines, with technical project delivery experience.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across multiple business areas and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen and high-level understanding of product delivery, with experience in modern product development toolkits.
  • Familiarity with AI solutions and systems driving efficiency and productivity improvements in mining or heavy industrial applications.
