As a leader in marketing, this role is responsible for developing integrated marketing plans and campaigns that drive results. Working closely with the VP of Creative, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution from planning to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the VP of Creative in creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with agency partners to optimize production budgets and align them with quarterly forecasts
  • Evaluate photoshoot requirements, allocate resources, coordinate logistics, secure necessary assets, and oversee production from concept development to final asset delivery
  • Partner with project managers to ensure timely delivery of all assets to channel owners
  • Serve as primary point of contact for production-related inquiries from agencies to facilitate development of assets for integrated marketing plans and communicate plans and deliverables for timely dissemination
  • Monitor financial performance in partnership with Finance, VP of Creative, VP of Marketing, and Media Director while managing monthly and quarterly financial tasks to provide close forecasts, optimize spend, reallocate resources, and ensure budget adherence

This position requires a candidate with 8+ years of marketing experience, exceptional marketing skills, and strong analytical and communication abilities.
