In this role, you will have the opportunity to teach and inspire students in the Bachelor of Allied Science course, focusing on Indigenous Community Management & Development units and Mental Health Principles and Practices.
">As a lecturer, you will be responsible for designing and conducting innovative learning activities that enhance student engagement and achievement. You will also collaborate with colleagues to develop curricula and learning materials, staying updated on discipline theory and practice to inform teaching strategies.
">Additionally, you will assess student learning, provide constructive feedback, and supervise honours or postgraduate students, ensuring a supportive academic experience for all students.
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- A PhD or equivalent in a relevant discipline
">- Established high-level teaching skills and experience with a reflective approach in teaching delivery
">- A strong understanding of pedagogical theory and contemporary educational practice relevant to the discipline
