Positive Behaviour Support Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional leader to shape our growing Positive Behaviour Support practice and drive its strategic growth within the organisation.

The role is integral to the success of the team, ensuring clinical excellence is maintained while promoting engagement and relationships with clients and carers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead team discussions and implement initiatives in the PBS Plan.
  • Develop the team with a focus on meaningful activities for people and promote engagement and relationships.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and clinical audits to contribute to the growth of clinicians while maintaining clinical standards.

Requirements:

  • Post-graduate qualification in a related allied health field (PBS Qualification preferred).
  • Demonstrate significant management and leadership experience of other Clinical Staff.
  • Be a registered Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner (preference to maintain membership with Behaviour Support Practitioners Australia).
