Job Opportunity: Clinical Lead for Positive Behaviour Support

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in PBS, with expertise in implementing interventions and developmental programming.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of PBS Practitioners to deliver individual and group interventions for individuals with complex therapeutic needs.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive service excellence.
  • Contribute to quality assessment and risk management across PBS services.
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance management for the PBS team.
  • Collaborate with HR and the PBS Manager on recruitment, staff development, and retention.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a leadership role within PBS, with a strong understanding of the disability and non-profit sector. They will also possess in-depth knowledge of developmental and PBS theories, models, and approaches.

Requirements:
  • Current Driver's License.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • Tertiary qualification that qualifies for registration with a professional body, eligible to register as a PBS practitioner at a proficient level.
