As a specialist in delivering early intervention and therapy services, you will be working with a multidisciplinary team to develop and grow our service in NSW and SA.

With over 600 employees supporting more than 28,000 families across 46 clinics nationwide, we are seeking an experienced leader who can coach, supervise and provide PBS services.

In this role, you will have a home base at a clinic of your choice in NSW, however, we encourage frequent collaboration and site visits across the state to work with our team of dedicated allied health professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement evidence-based strategies for PBS practitioners
  • Manage a clinical caseload of complex clients ensuring compliance with NDIS regulations and ESA's Code of Conduct
  • Maintain high-level clinical knowledge and expertise to deliver exceptional services
  • Support clients and stakeholders to develop and review PBS documentation
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and clinical audits to contribute to team growth and maintain clinical standards

Requirements:

  • Tertiary degree in OT, SP, SW, Psychologist, BCBA Registered, Developmental Educator or eligible for registration with AHPRA or other relevant body
  • Proficient or Advanced PBS Practitioner with at least three years' experience working with people with disabilities and their families
  • Delivered PBS services under NDIS and submitted reports
  • Supervision experience with coaching and supervision strategies
