We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Waterproofing Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Remedial and Facades group, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in waterproofing and building envelope systems.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering, architecture, or construction management, with a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience. They will also possess expertise in repair and reconstruction, design, and project management of residential, commercial, and government buildings.

Key Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise in waterproofing and building envelope systems
- Support litigation efforts through expert witness evidence and reporting
- Critically evaluate building envelope performance
- Contribute to the design and construction of building envelopes, emphasizing waterproofing systems
- Offer design assistance services related to waterproofing, including input on material selection and details
- Investigate existing failing waterproofing and roofing
- Review and provide input on the development of waterproofing details and specifications
- Examine waterproofing project submittals and RFI documents
- Supervise inspections of work in progress related to waterproofing systems
- Participate in project meetings, leading discussions on waterproofing as needed
- Manage repair and reconstruction projects for residential, commercial, and government buildings
- Minimum 5 years local post-graduate experience
- Technical degree (Bachelor's or higher) in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a closely related field
- Expertise in waterproofing and building envelope systems, including knowledge of relevant standards and codes
- Experience in repair and reconstruction, design, and project management of residential, commercial, and government buildings
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to summarize benefits and shortfalls of multiple solutions
- Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
