Job Opportunity:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our waterproofing initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with technical expertise in building envelope systems, design work and forensic analysis.

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing expert input on the design and construction of building envelopes, emphasizing waterproofing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical evaluation of building envelope performance
  • Expert witness evidence and reporting
  • Critical review of existing failing waterproofing and roofing
  • Design assistance services related to waterproofing, including material selection and details
  • Investigations of new build projects requiring specialized waterproofing solutions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years postgraduate experience in Australia
  • Technical degree (Bachelor's or higher) in engineering, architecture, construction management or closely related discipline
  • Expertise in waterproofing and building envelope systems, knowledge of relevant standards and codes
  • Experience in repair and re-construction, design, and project management of residential, commercial and government buildings
  • Collaborative mindset, excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office software
  • Detail-oriented, high-quality work commitment
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
