Aerospace Customer Service Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to provide top-notch customer service, process orders, and fulfill customer needs in the aerospace industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain direct contact with customers before and/or after sales transactions.
- Support the sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and recommend product literature and pricing schedules.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 2+ years in sales or customer service roles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: University Degree in Business or Aviation; College Level Courses
- Experience: 3 years in sales, customer service experience in the aerospace/aircraft parts sales, distribution and/or manufacturing sectors
Skills:
- Basic PC Skills
- Good Communication Skills
- SAP knowledge would be advantageous
