
Aerospace Manufacturing Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of aviation by working closely with internal teams to revise engineering documents, visiting suppliers to assess their processes, and providing technical expertise to enhance their capabilities.
This position requires strong collaboration and communication skills, as well as the ability to apply sound engineering principles to operational and process design issues.
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with 7+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, a combination of education and experience in aerospace and/or manufacturing, and a degree or diploma in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
The ideal candidate will possess strong customer focus, knowledge of aerospace engineering and manufacturing principles, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally when required.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal teams to revise engineering masters, work instructions, and statement of work packages.
- Visit external suppliers to audit their processes, recommend alternatives, and report progress.
- Partner with internal teams to align supplier performance with company goals.
- Provide technical expertise to suppliers to enhance their capabilities and resolve manufacturing challenges.
- Develop and implement supplier performance metrics.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in a large detail part and/or assembly manufacturing environment.
- Combination of education and experience in aerospace and/or manufacturing.
- Degree or diploma in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
