Account Management Professional

As an Account Management Professional, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end processes for allocated Global Accounts within the Multinational Portfolio.

  • You will collaborate with Assistant Client Service Executives to complete administrative activities on time and to a high standard of quality.
  • Prepare processing instructions for various departments to ensure premiums are debited and policies are issued promptly while maintaining accurate policy records within Chubb systems.
  • Work closely with Credit Control, the Multinational Processing Service Unit, and other departments to resolve accounting and processing issues.
  • Collaborate with Global Client Executives and Underwriters to deliver agreed client service standards.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their brokers, serving as the primary point of contact for all service-related matters concerning their accounts.

Responsibilities include guiding and supporting Assistant Client Service Executives in account handling activities, supporting business development and client relationship activities, managing account handling and supporting Global Client Executive's and Underwriters on relevant account/activities, ensuring renewal terms are obtained from Controlling Underwriters and information is passed to and agreed with the local Client/Broker as necessary, communicating with Underwriters, Clients, Brokers, Chubb Offices, and other external parties, working within the framework of Chubb ethical and service standards, assisting with ongoing Projects identified throughout the year for better improvement to the Global Services Department, and completing incidental work outside the scope of day-to-day requirements.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years prior insurance and reinsurance industry knowledge across commercial lines.
  • Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret information.
  • Presentation and Training Skills - Internal/External.
  • Effective written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have a dynamic approach to continuous development, flexibility in work arrangements, education assistance, and health and wellbeing initiatives.
