- Ensure timely and thorough documentation of all care activities.

- Identify and report risks to the Facility Manager.
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Standards and organisational policies.
- Drive continuous quality improvement and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Implement and monitor infection control procedures.
- Manage compliments, complaints, and feedback professionally.
