Job Summary

The Chief Commercial Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day commercial operations at our Melbourne location. This includes ensuring that all commercial activities are executed with the highest level of efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

  • Oversee the daily commercial operations including retail and food & beverage sales
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability in commercial outlets
  • Analyze financial and operational data to inform business decisions
  • Manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality commercial experiences
  • Drive engagement and motivation within the commercial team
