Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Indonesian CRM Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing retention marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email and SMS.

Your primary focus will be on designing campaigns that engage customers at every stage of their lifecycle, with the ultimate goal of retaining them. You will work closely with the content and marketing teams to identify which offers to promote and when.

In addition, you will collaborate with the acquisition team to maximize the growth of campaigns in the relevant market. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will enable you to craft engaging communications that enhance the customer experience.

We are looking for a passionate and creative individual who is fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken. Experience working with creative teams, such as digital design, is desirable.
