About the Role?
This role is heavily systems based to support the Loyalty, CRM & SME Marketing Manager, APAC in enhancing the CRM Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Interaction Studio program for all Hertz brands in APAC.
In this role you will;
- Execute promotional email campaigns across all brands and multiple regions, working closely with region leads to ensure alignment with regional goals and market needs.
- This position will drive quality engagement, retention, growth, and creation and re-activation of lifecycle campaigns (SMS, push notifications, retargeting, promotional, tactical email)
- You will work closely with the Loyalty & CRM Marketing Coordinator, APAC with the creation and deployment of all EDM lifecycle triggers and journeys.
- Support the application of rigorous testing strategies (A/B and multivariate tests) to continuously optimize campaigns and customer journeys.
- The role will lead and support in delivering continuous improvement and development of CRM practices.
- A key focus on customer retention and increasing basket size and frequency of purchase from members and non-members by leveraging CRM tools.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to align CRM activities with broader marketing and business objectives.
- Support the application of rigorous testing strategies (A/B and multivariate tests) to continuously optimize campaigns and customer journeys.
About You?
To be successful in this position, our newest team member will have the following:
- Degree in Marketing and /or other business discipline
- Experience in a Marketing/Sales role required OR Junior to Intermediate level experience working with systems/technology such as CMS, CRM and marketing automation preferably Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud and looking for next step of their career.
- Familiarity with HTML, SQL, XML. Experience with APIs.
- The ability to analyse and report on marketing performance.
- The ability to work across multiple projects with an excellent eye for detail.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
