Occupational Therapist Role

We are seeking a talented Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals as a Rehabilitation Consultant. This role is an opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives and provide excellent customer care.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will help your clients regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.
  • Design and implement intervention programs using occupation to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
  • Identify barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation.
  • Understand various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empower your clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals.
  • Liaise with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

What We Look For In A Candidate:

  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Flexibility to work in the community.
  • Current or able to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
